Course Details

Music is a deeply rewarding subject to study at A-level; a demanding academic discipline, developed through exciting practical work. The innovative new OCR A-level specification places a greater weighting on performance than other awarding bodies, allowing students to utilise and capitalise on their instrumental and vocal skills as part of the assessment process. All A-Level students are entitled to receive an individual half hour lesson once a week, on an instrument of their choice (or voice) free of charge for both years of the A-Level course.

They are focussed, good at problem solving, independent, team players and are able to focus on the finer details.
