When a young person with SEND turns 18, there are more opportunities to get involved in the community, from day care services, to volunteering. You can find more information in the Being Part of the Community section.

This section is still being developed to make it easier to understand which provision is free and which provision might need to be self funded or funded through Adult Social Services if you are eligible for funding. You are welcome to browse the pages in the meantime.
