Course Details

Our course will provide you with an introduction to Air Cabin Crew, allowing you to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding to progress onto further studies and a career in the industry.

Whether you want to work as airline cabin crew, or be based at an airport, this course will give you the skills and knowledge to move into this ever-growing industry. With excellent links to industry specialists and an aircraft cabin for your training, you will gain a realistic idea of what it’s like to work in a variety of roles in the sector.

Our established connections with Norwich Aviation Academy, Saxon Air, Titan Airways, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways and SkyPeople will give you access to a range of trips and masterclasses.

You will learn essential customer service skills working in our own on-site restaurant serving afternoon tea, as well as taking part in realistic sea survival training in our environmental tank and emergency training with the local fire service.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

The course is assessed through a range of methods including:

  • Water/environment tank practical to demonstrate sea survival techniques

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs Grade 3 or above, including English and Maths.

This course also requires the ability to swim in order to take part in survival training.
