Step Into Hair and Beauty

You can apply for up to two courses (except A Level subjects where you must select a minimum of three).

You will only be invited to book an interview for your 1st choice course initially.

This qualification offers a range of entry level hair, beauty and customer service skills by working on peers and models in the college salons. Maths and English Functional Skills will also be a mandatory study requirements whilst on the course.

Practical and theory tasks are achieved with tutor supervision.

School or college reference.

Maths and English will be timetabled as part of the course requirement.

Progression: Level 1 Introduction into Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy

Career progression: Successful students may also move into an apprenticeship.
