Entry requirements

You don't need any specific qualifications to apply, and applications are based on an informal discussion at interview. This course is ideal for students with barriers to learning due to the nurturing learning environment to help eliminate and support those barriers.
Your next steps...
A pass on this course as well as a good reference from your Course leader will enable you to progress onto a Level 1 course at college. Most students progress to either Level 1 Health and Social Care or Level 1 Caring for Children.
This course will help students build skills that are in demand for entry-level jobs in health and social care. It will boost their confidence for teamwork, but many students eventually transition to level 1 courses at the college. Alternatively, we can provide advice and guidance for students wishing to follow an Apprenticeship route.
