Business - Level 2 (Extended Certificate)

Do you want an insight into current and future business activity from both a theoretical and practical perspective? If so, this course is for you.

What will I study?

The course consists of various modules covering a wide range of business topics relevant to the modern business world, including:

• Business Purposes
• Marketing
• People in Organisations and Communicating in Businesses

There will also be some practical activities, such as fundraising and competitions.

Assessment is via completed assignments, Powerpoint presentations or practical activities which are graded pass, merit or distinction.

You will need:

• 4 or more GCSEs at grade 3 or higher
• Or a relevant Level 1 qualification studied at CWA or another further education provider. This does not include level 1 courses studied at school alongside GCSEs.

If you are aged 19 or older, relevant industry experience may be accepted. However, we do offer Access to Higher Education courses in Business that are specifically for students aged 19 or older.
