Would you like help finding employment?

Our new Step Forward mentoring project opens on the 1st of July for 16-24 year olds who live in South Norfolk & Broadland.

• We will work with you to help you identify any barriers you may be currently facing, find ways to help you progress towards finding employment or training, and develop the tools you will need to achieve your goals.
• You will be assigned one of our employment mentors who will contact you by text and email to arrange a chat which will allow you to get to know each other and begin your tailored employment plan.
• This is YOUR journey and YOU are in control!

This service is free of charge.

Enrolment

To register for this service, you just need to fill out this online form.

You can refer yourself, or be referred by another service or organisation (such as the DWP or Council).

This personalised mentoring service is available to those

• aged 16-24.
• living in South Norfolk or Broadland.
• looking for work or training. (You do not need to be claiming Universal Credit, although you can be.)

• Tailored step by step plan to help you achieve your goals, working 1-2-1 with a mentor to find a suitable career path.
• Confidence building tips and advice:
• Helping you overcome any barriers you may be facing to employment.
• Interview preparation practice:
• Realistic mock interviews with us.
• Job Searching, CV and cover letter assistance:
• Creating a brilliant CV and powerful covering letter to help your applications stand out.
