Course Summary
The Local Supported Employment (LSE) programme is for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The aim of the programme is to help you get a job and stay employed.
Course Details
Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be over 18-years-old
Live in Norfolk
Have a learning disability and/or autism
But you cannot:
Already be in paid work or full-time education
Be on another employment programme delivered by a government department, charitable trust, or third party
The support you will get
Our skilled job coaches:
Can help you identify what you want to achieve and work out how to get it
Will work with you to find suitable job vacancies
Will work with your employer, to see how they can support you during the recruitment progress and when you are in the workplace
Will support you as you learn the job. This can be regular job coaching at work, training, support from someone at the workplace and/or regular reviews
