BOOST - Helping young people succeed

What is BOOST?

BOOST is a team of friendly people working together with Norfolk County Council, the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk and Breckland District Council. Our goal is to support young people who may be struggling to access work, education or training. Over the past three years, we've helped almost 800 young people. We focus on those who face the biggest barriers to learning and work, helping them recognise their talents and build a better future

We offer one-on-one support to young people aged 16-30 across West Norfolk and Breckland. Whether you need help with finding a job, building confidence, or developing new skills, we're here for you.

You can join BOOST if you are:

Aged 16-18 and not in education, employment or training

Aged 18-30 and unemployed, looking for work or support

We'll work with you to create a support plan that fits your needs. Whether it is mentoring, training, or formal qualifications, we'll help you to take the next step towards your goals.
