You will only be invited to book an interview for your 1st choice course initially.

This qualification provides learners with a broad introduction to the Hospitality and Catering sector, equipping them with essential knowledge and practical skills tailored to the industry. Alongside sector-specific learning, students will develop a range of transferable employability skills, including communication, teamwork, business, digital, and research skills. The course also includes bitesize English and maths units to support progression.

Through a hands-on approach, students will engage in various projects and practical activities designed to enhance their understanding of the industry and prepare them for further study or employment in hospitality, catering, or related sectors. By gaining insight into the workings of the industry, learners will develop a strong foundation to support their next steps in education and career progression.

Formative practical and written assessments will take place throughout the programme to measure progress with support of the tutor

No formal qualifications are required for this course. You will need to show commitment and an interest for the hospitality and catering sector.

Successful completion of this course could lead onto Hospitality and catering Level 1
