Routes to Recruit

This programme is designed to support your progression into paid employment or apprenticeships across a range of vocational sectors. You will develop practical, job-ready skills through a blend of real-world work experience in both group and independent settings, with ongoing guidance from a dedicated job coach.

Location Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth

Alongside employability training, you will build essential life and workplace safety skills, including first aid and fire safety, as part of the nationally recognised Duke of Edinburgh Award.

The course also offers opportunities to strengthen your academic foundations. You can work towards GCSE qualifications in English and Maths or choose stepping-stone options such as Functional Skills, depending on your starting point and future goals.
