This course is vocational specific and supports development of transferable skills and confidence in moving into the hospitality and catering area as a progression route. You will cover areas such as food preparation, basic cooking, customer service in the hospitality industry, food hygiene and safety, planning a healthy diet, exploring and presenting enterprise ideas and an introduction to hospitality industry.
