Course Details
Do you want to explore how the environment works and how our interactions affect it?
Geography gives you the skills to understand the fast changing world we live in today. It is an exploration of the changes in space and place over time, looking at both human behaviour and natural world processes. It is therefore an extremely exciting subject and one that combines approaches from both social and physical sciences.
We provide a balance of both the human and physical topics. Some of the main areas covered are coastal landscape systems, hazardous earth (volcanoes and earthquakes), geography of disease, global migration systems, global governance of human rights, the earth’s life support systems and urban geography.
