This course is designed to support young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) as they prepare for employment. It provides meaningful, hands-on work experience in real workplace settings, including placements with established partners such as James Paget Hospital and Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

How will it be delivered and assessed?

You are fully supported throughout by a dedicated job coach who uses Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) to ensure effective, structured learning in the workplace. The course focuses on building essential practical and employability skills, helping to strengthen CVs, boost confidence, and develop greater independence.

By the end of the programme, you will have gained valuable real-world experience along with tailored support for their next steps. This includes personalised guidance with job applications, interview preparation, and progression into employment."
