Non-Exam Assessment (NEA): Practical Performance

  • Assessed as a performer or coach in one full-sided activity
  • Written or verbal analysis of performance
  • Internal assessment, externally moderated – 30%

Entry requirements

To study A Level PE at Jane Austen College Sixth Form, students should have:

  • Grade 5+ in English, Maths, and Science
  • Grade 6+ in GCSE PE (if taken), or a similar grade in Science
  • Active participation in sport outside of school
