Support with Apprenticeship and T Level preparation
Norfolk County Council's Pathways to Work (PTW) team is here to support your learners in opening doors to diverse vocational career pathways. We focus on working with Level 2 (KS4) students and those at risk of becoming NEET. We help you deliver meaningful career encounters, support towards achieving Gatsby Benchmarks, meeting PAL requirements and boost individual student outcomes.
Our free, flexible services typically include:
• A lively 20-minute+ interactive “What is Technical Education” with a focus on apprenticeships and/or T Levels (and emerging vocational options)
• Information drop-in desks
• Mock interviews
• Bespoke practical workshops (e.g. find an apprenticeship, resilience, interview techniques, assessment centre simulations, CV building…) (approx. 30+ minutes)
We’re keen to tailor activities to your students’ needs and fit your timetable. To book an activity, arrange a short online planning meeting or get further information, contact us at ptw@norfolk.gov.uk
