Information for Careers Lead

Information for School/College Leaders

Careers education has seen significant changes in recent years, including updated statutory guidance from the Department for Education, revisions to the Ofsted inspection framework, and the introduction of new models and approaches across England.

The Norfolk & Suffolk Careers Hub works closely with school leaders to ensure your school understands and meets its statutory duties, accesses the latest advice and resources, connects with senior business volunteers, and supports every student to take their best next step into the world of work.

How we support education leaders:

1. Help make your careers programme more efficient and impactful

2. Support your Careers Leader to maximise their influence

3. Share best practice and drive innovation across the region

4. Match your school with a senior business volunteer to shape your strategy

5. Provide access to funding for your Careers Leader
