Our employer engagement work is all about collaboration. We partner with local businesses and organisations to build meaningful, sustainable relationships with education providers. Together, we aim to enhance skills development, raise aspirations, and improve outcomes for young people and adults with disabilities or barriers to employment across Norfolk and Suffolk. 

Our aims: 

• Increase the number of employment and training opportunities for all 
• Ensure young people have access to informed careers guidance, opportunities, and workplace experiences — especially at key transition points 
• Support employers to become Disability Confident and provide inclusive pathways into the workplace 
• Help local businesses engage with their future talent pipeline 
• Align skills development and training with the needs of the local economy
