Careers Leader Training

The Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) offers a range of training courses designed to help Careers Leaders accelerate progress towards achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks. 

Whether you're new to the role or highly experienced, CEC training supports you in developing the skills needed to strategically embed a high-quality careers programme. Courses are available for all levels and aim to help you inspire young people to take their next best step. 

For those newly appointed, the CEC provides an online induction to help you understand the value of the Careers Leader role and the wider careers education landscape across all settings. 

In addition, a fully funded training programme — delivered by nine high-quality providers — offers comprehensive support across leadership, management, coordination, and networking.
