If you are looking to recruit, Working Well Norfolk can connect your organisation with suitable candidates, including young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Working Well Norfolk also supports employers to retain staff by assisting employees who may be absent or experiencing challenges in their role.

Recruitment support 

The team of employment specialists works with employers to identify candidates with the right skills and potential for their business. Support includes: 

  • Preparing and upskilling candidates to meet specific business needs 
  • Matching employers with motivated candidates who have the skills required for the role 
  • Providing recruitment support, including personalised guidance and arranging interviews

Retention support 

Support is also available for existing employees who may be experiencing difficulties in the workplace due to a health condition, disability or other challenges. This can help reduce recruitment costs while saving time and resources. Working Well Norfolk can: 

  • Provide practical support to overcome workplace challenges, improving productivity and job satisfaction 
  • Support employees who are absent to transition successfully back into work 
  • Offer advice on reasonable adjustments and workplace wellbeing 
  • Help organisations build an inclusive workforce, including working towards Disability Confident employer status
