Course Summary

The Travel and Tourism sector continues to grow at a rapid pace for leisure and business purposes, and Norfolk has a rich diversity in the tourist industry which has historically provided a vast amount of career opportunities within it.

We’re looking to help fill specific skills gaps identified such as customer service skills, geographical knowledge and related business skills.

This qualification has been designed to provide an all-round introduction for those looking for careers in connected industries, including retail travel, visitor attractions, accommodation, transport and tour operations.
