Unit R2, North River Road, Great Yarmouth, Gt Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 1TE
Our Study Programme is for students aged 16 to 19-years-old (or up to 24 with a care plan) and helps learners to develop the necessary skills to progress to employment, apprenticeship training and further education. The personalised approach ensures that programme content is tailored to learners' individual needs, interests and aspirations. Young people develop an individual plan with realistic and achievable goals designed to support progression, receiving one-to-one support, information and guidance about options available.
Learners have the opportunity to design a programme around four main components: Employability Skills (including Work Experience), Maths, English (GCSE re sits or Functional Skills Entry Levels and Level 1 or 2) and Vocational Learning (City and Guilds IT Users Entry Level 3 to Level 2). Programmes are usually 12 months long but can be up to 24 months, depending on individual needs.
We offer a nurturing environment and our small group sizes enable learners to feel secure and develop at their own pace.
Students can sometimes start during the year depending on availability of spaces. Please call the centre to discuss.
No entry requirements.
