04. Foundation Learning

If you want to get some qualifications, learn some new skills and build your confidence, Foundation Learning might be just what you need.

Foundation Learning can help you get ready for work, an Apprenticeship or further learning.

Programmes designed to help you move into an Apprenticeship, college course or employment
Designed to suit your needs so you can progress and achieve
Made up of a package of qualifications, including vocational subjects like bricklaying or childcare, and personal and social development
Gives you the opportunity to gain maths, English and ICT qualifications
You will receive certificates for all the qualifications you gain on the programme
You will receive lots of support and information, advice and guidance both before and during the programme

Your programme may not be called 'Foundation Learning', but might have different titles depending on the provider.
