Helpdesk
There's a Help You Choose Helpdesk, which is available in office hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
The helpdesk is available to young people, their parents and carers, teachers and advisers and other professionals. It provides support with using Help You Choose and can assist with forgotten passwords or technical problems.
